Marks from the crafting process, such as bubbles or granules, are not considered defects and generally do not affect normal use. 6. For shoes, bags, and accessories, it is recommended not to submerge them in water for cleaning (this applies to all brands). Cleaning after wear may not restore them to their original condition and might leave marks. Clean by diluting a neutral detergent with a brush, gently scrubbing, wiping off foam with a damp cloth, and air-drying. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes; slippers, bags, and accessories are packed in PP bags. Packaging is for protection, and minor dents or creases from logistics delivery are unavoidable. The packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. For bags with floral or printed patterns, the placement of the pattern is randomly cut, and each item will have a different distribution. Ordering implies understanding of this. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings; actual product colors are definitive. Handmade items may have an international standard allowable error of 1-3cm in measurements. 10. Collaborative products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or cards with authorization marks or official logos) should not be counterfeited. 【Return & Exchange Notice】 1. Returns and exchanges must be for new, unworn items with original packaging (outer bag + outer box), including accessories and unremoved tags. 2. Discounted or free shipping items from promotions (based on total amount or quantity) cannot be partially returned. If partial returns are needed, please return the entire order and reorder. 3. Any concerns or missing items upon receipt must be accompanied by a complete unboxing video to protect mutual interests and facilitate subsequent returns, exchanges, or reshipments. 4. The original packaging (bag + outer box) must be retained. Do not directly attach shipping labels to the outer bag. A NT$100 reconditioning fee will be charged for damaged outer packaging due to improper repacking. 5. Failure to complete pickup for orders with cash-on-delivery via convenience store will be reflected in the rating system.
