KIMONO WING is a one-of-a-kind furniture piece that transforms the memory of Japanese kimono into the form of a chair. Carefully deconstructed and reconstructed, each textile carries traces of human history and is given a new role within modern interiors. This is not simply reuse, but a reinterpretation designed to create a new presence within a space. The wingback structure gently envelops the body, providing comfortable support even during long periods of sitting. This chair is currently used for exhibition and photography purposes, therefore shipment requires approximately 10–15 days. Delivery will be arranged through a furniture delivery service, and confirmation of the delivery date and time is required before shipment. ■ Care Instructions The upholstery uses authentic kimono textiles. If liquid is spilled, gently blot with a dry towel and allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight and artificial heating appliances. As with all furniture, please avoid storing in excessively humid environments. ■ Custom Orders We also accept custom commissions using customers’ own kimono fabrics and treasured textiles.
