We put a lot of effort into our creations and would never intentionally ruin them. However, if the cake has a significant crack after baking, we will happily re-bake it for you, free of charge. The crust at the bottom may become less crisp over time, and the cake might become slightly dry. ⛧ The cake will be "frozen" for better temperature control and to prevent damage during transit. 🍦 Recommended Serving Method 🍦 Store frozen. About 0.5-1 hour before cutting, thaw at room temperature. This will result in a slightly frozen, sorbet-like, or smooth ice-cream texture that children will enjoy! 💕 As refrigerator temperatures vary, please gauge the thawing time yourself until the cake is sliceable. If your refrigerator is very cold, allow it to soften a bit longer while taking photos. When thawing at room temperature, condensation forming on the cake's surface is normal. In a hurry and worried the cake isn't thawed enough to cut, making it awkwardly hard? We recommend storing it in the "refrigerator" to thaw slowly.
