Figure - ancient : Egyptian Oxyrhynchus Fish

The ancient Egyptian civilisation, fed by the Nile, produced many works of art of water creatures. One of them is a fish, called Oxyrhynchus, which featured in the myth of the resurrection of Osiris, but we don't know exactly what kind of fish it was. However, its appearance has been preserved in many paintings and statues as a sacred fish. With its slender-looking mouth, long tail, flabby dorsal fin and sacred crown, we have made a 3D printed figure of it. The figure can be stacked by matching the dorsal fin to the slit in the belly. The bottom part of the figure is a "crown of horns" shaped base, and the top is a crowned fish. You will receive three fish, so play with them and see how well they stack up.
