Clean by diluting a neutral detergent, gently brushing with a brush, wiping away foam with a damp cloth, and air-drying. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes; slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection, and slight collisions or indentations during logistics delivery are unavoidable. The packaging itself cannot be returned or exchanged. 8. Genuine leather insoles will naturally vary in texture and color based on different skin areas or seasons (unlike artificial leather, which can achieve uniform color and texture). Wrinkles or color variations are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings; actual products are final. Due to handmade production, there may be international standard allowable errors and unavoidable measurement differences of 1-3 cm. 10. Collaboration products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards with licensing marks or official logos) should not be counterfeited. 【Return & Exchange Notice】 1.
