Please do not place an order for this custom item before contacting us. Please provide a photo of your child’s drawing first, and we will provide a quote based on its complexity. 2. Since this item is hand-painted using ceramic glazes, watercolor or drawings with excessive blending and layering cannot be replicated. We recommend choosing drawings made of clear lines and solid colors. 3. How to upload: Click "Contact Designer" > Select "+Send Image" to upload your picture, then leave a message with your preferred plate style, quantity, and customization requests. 4. Please provide a clear, front-facing photo of the "original child's drawing." A direct photo is sufficient. File size is recommended to be under 2Mb. 5. The designer will provide a quote based on the complexity of the design. Once confirmed, please proceed with the order and payment based on the quoted amount. 6. After payment is completed, the designer will message you to confirm the customization details. Production will be scheduled after three days; orders cannot be cancelled after this point. 7. If you wish to modify the content after confirmation: if it has been produced but not yet fired in the kiln, a 50% fee of the item price will be charged. If it has already been fired, modifications are no longer possible. 8. This item will be painted directly onto the plate or dish based on the drawing provided. We cannot provide sketches for confirmation or revisions. 9. As this item is hand-painted, the average production time is 20 working days. The shipping time depends on the kiln's firing schedule; please refer to the announced shipping times. Please confirm whether the shipping time is acceptable before placing your order. 10. This item is hand-painted, not digitally printed. Due to the nature of ceramic glazes, colors and brushstrokes may not be 100% identical to the original drawing, resulting in very slight variations. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/53660179640_512cdecbc8_b.jpg ▲ Please provide a photo of the child's drawing. We will quote based on its complexity.
