Please also leave a message stating your chosen plate style, quantity, and customization requirements. 4. Please provide a clear, frontal photo of the original child's drawing. The file size should ideally be under 2MB. 5. The designer will provide a quotation based on the complexity of the artwork. Once confirmed, please place your order for the agreed-upon amount. 6. After payment is completed, the designer will confirm the customization details via message. Production will commence three days later, and orders cannot be canceled. 7. After order confirmation, any changes to the customization details will incur a fee of half the product price if the item has been made but not yet fired. If the item has already been fired, no changes can be made. 8. This product will be directly hand-painted onto the plate based on the provided drawing. Sketches for approval or modifications are not available. 9. This is a handmade item, with an average production time of 20 working days. The shipping time depends on the kiln firing schedule. Please refer to the product announcement for the estimated shipping date. Kindly confirm if the shipping timeline is acceptable before placing your order. 10. This product is hand-painted, not digitally printed. The ceramic glazes used may not perfectly replicate the child's original brushstrokes and colors.
