Strawberry Earl Grey jam

Only once in a year, picked the Hong Kong organic strawberries with the earl grey tea imported from England. It is a good match with milk pudding, toast with fried eggs or even served together with tea. All our jam is using " Trehalose" , the natural sugar imported from Japan, which only has 45% sweetness of white or rock sugar. It will reduce the sweetness of the jam and enhances the unique taste of the fruit.
