・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us at least "3 days in advance" to arrange a new session.
・Rescheduling is limited to workshops within "2 months" from your original booking. If a suitable time cannot be found, a refund will be offered.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and account holder name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・As instructors prepare materials and the venue in advance, "on the day of the workshop," we cannot offer refunds or rescheduling. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their session.
・In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., typhoons, heavy rain) or official announcements of work or school closures, we will proactively notify all participants. The workshop will be postponed, a transfer to another session will be arranged, or a full refund will be issued.
