Canvas bags soften beautifully with use, developing a unique character and creating your own "canvas" classic. ● Minor Stains or Dust: Gently wipe with a damp, soft cloth or use clear tape to lift surface dirt. ● Larger Stains: We suggest hand washing with a mild detergent and a soft brush for localized cleaning. Avoid vigorous rubbing, which can distort the bag's shape. After washing, pat dry with a towel and lay flat in a well-ventilated area to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight and high-heat drying to prevent fading. For vegetable-tanned leather components, the color will gradually deepen and develop a unique sheen over time and with use. We recommend applying a dedicated leather care oil once a month. **Customization Notes** Each bag is handcrafted, and the following are considered normal occurrences: ● Product dimensions have a normal tolerance range of ±1 cm. ● There may be slight color variations due to screen displays. ● Minor indentations, loose threads, or very small spots (less than 0.5 cm in diameter). ● The pattern placement on printed fabrics will vary slightly from piece to piece due to the cutting process. ● Vegetable-tanned leather will gradually darken over time with use. ● As these are custom-made items, orders cannot be canceled once placed, and returns or exchanges are not possible. ● As these are made-to-order items, please allow 3-7 business days for production (excluding weekends and public holidays).
