※ Kintsugi (golden joinery) is a unique Japanese traditional repair method that uses lacquer and gold powder to mend broken or chipped pottery. This piece is made using a simplified Kintsugi technique. Instead of genuine lacquer derived from the sap of the lacquer tree, we use new, less allergenic lacquer and gold powder (brass powder), along with UV resin for reinforcement.

〈About the artwork〉
※ UV resin is used to reinforce the hardware and the base of the Kintsugi. Please understand that there may be some slight resin overflow.
※ For certain pieces (such as those with translucent elements like sea glass or natural stones), the hardware may be changed to silver. The material will remain the same, so please do not worry.
※ Kintsugi is... a traditional Japanese technique that uses lacquer and gold powder to revive ceramics that have been damaged by chips, cracks, or breaks, making them even more beautiful.
※ We use new lacquer and gold powder (brass powder) that are less likely to cause allergic reactions, rather than genuine lacquer.
※ As natural stones are natural, they may contain impurities, fine scratches, or small chips. Please understand that these are natural characteristics.
※ We would appreciate it if you could understand that glaze variations are a characteristic of handmade items.
In particular, the sides of Mino ware tiles often have variations in glaze.
※ Please note that individual reactions to metal, resin, and lacquer allergies vary. If you experience any discomfort, please discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
We cannot be held responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions caused by the product.
※ The actual color may vary slightly from the product image depending on the monitor, brightness, and screen environment you are viewing.
〈Care Instructions〉
※ Please handle with care, as applying strong force may cause breakage.
※ Please be cautious as rubbing the Kintsugi part forcefully or leaving it submerged in water for extended periods may cause it to come off.
When cleaning, gently wipe away dirt with a soft cloth.
※ Avoid storing in high temperatures, high humidity, or direct sunlight. This may cause discoloration.
