The silk cord is made of 5 strands bundled together, which gives it some thickness and excellent durability, as a single strand would be too weak. A small loop is attached to allow for length adjustment. (Please refer to Photo 8.) To adjust the length, slip the pendant over your head with the cord extended, then slide the loop to your desired position. Photo 1 shows the cord shortened (the excess cord can be brought to the front as shown for a cute look). Photo 2 shows the cord extended.
