Will they cause allergies? A: Our earring hooks are typically made of "Japanese pure copper" metal, unlike the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in mass-produced jewelry. Due to the absence of nickel in the material and plating, they are designed to be hypoallergenic. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still experience an allergic reaction while wearing them? A: If an allergic reaction occurs after wearing, it might be due to: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual physiology (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that are prone to reacting to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear allergies, and the earring hook material is rarely the sole cause. We recommend getting an allergen screening at a hospital to clarify the specific cause and protect both parties' rights. We have been crafting jewelry since 2016 and have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings without any reported allergic reactions from customers. To adapt to Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting. This provides basic everyday water resistance (meaning you don't need to worry about humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them for activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does shipping take after placing an order? A: We craft and ship orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays (as we participate in local markets). As we primarily sell at markets and events, and postal services do not operate on weekends, all orders are shipped between Monday and Friday.
