A word from the designer: This is the first collection of hairpins crafted for the "Di Ji" hairstyle, drawing inspiration from the summer lotus with motifs of flowers, leaves, and dragonflies. The "Di Ji" was a traditional hairstyle for married women during the Ming Dynasty (as seen in the styled photos). It required specific types and quantities of ornaments, presenting a look that was both dignified and grand, intricate and exquisite. The accompanying ornaments for the "Di Ji" hairstyle include: - Fen Xin*1 - Man Guan*1 - Tiao Xin*1 - Cao Chong Zan*2 (a pair) - Hua Tou Zan*6 - Dian Er (Hua Dian)*1 - Yan Bin*2 (a pair) - mostly featuring auspicious cloud motifs - Ya Bin*2 (a pair) - Earrings*2 (a pair) A total of 18 pieces.
