In recent years, due to the atmosphere of social distancing and the shift in lifestyle towards green and carbon reduction, the concept of personal and environmentally friendly tableware design has naturally emerged. The main design objective this time is to develop a porcelain eco-friendly tableware set suitable for home and office use, with emphasis on storage, decoration, and convenient portability. The exterior design of the porcelain tableware set combines the concept of a vase arrangement, incorporating the functional applications of rice bowls, vegetable plates, and soup bowls. The three-piece set is combined into a single design concept, and the groove on the top cover of the tableware set allows for the insertion of a pin holder, enhancing the functionality of flower arrangement and reinforcing the design philosophy of storage, decoration, and display. In terms of pattern design, various elements representing the charm of Taiwan are selected. This includes Taiwan's highest peak, Yushan Main Peak, the contrasting patterns of light and fireworks between day and night, as well as the intertwining curves symbolizing water, clouds, and the sea. World-famous flowers, unique Taiwanese species like the Taiwan blue magpie, and classic elements like tea leaves are incorporated to bring out the cultural and natural essence of Taiwan on the porcelain. The use of a simple and geometric visual expression, along with a gradient of blue-green tones symbolizing nature, and contrasting elements such as flowers and tea leaves, creates a modern impression of Taiwan.
