These are not rust, and such changes do not affect the safety or function of the product. - This product is produced using safe manufacturing methods, utilizing food-grade oil for lubrication during stamping, without acid pickling. As no plating or coatings are used, minor scratches, pinholes, or sand holes may appear on the surface; this is a normal phenomenon inherent to this safe production process and not a defect. - The LOGO is created through high-temperature laser energy, causing natural color changes on the surface of the pure titanium. This is not a coating or a print, ensuring it is safe, durable, and aesthetically pleasing. Additional Notes: - Marks generated from high-temperature firing will gradually fade or disappear with regular use. - Sand holes and minor scratches are normal phenomena that cannot be entirely avoided during production. - Water stains or residue after washing are a characteristic of pure titanium metal and are normal. 【Cleaning and Characteristics】 1. For the first wash, use a mild neutral detergent and wash multiple times. Alternatively, wipe with a paper towel dipped in edible oil to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from the manufacturing process, then wash with a neutral detergent. Since edible oil is used in the stamping process without acid pickling, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable; this is part of the non-toxic pure titanium safe manufacturing process and is safe to wash. 2. If burnt marks or stains appear, use the harder side of a sponge or a soft steel brush to scrub gently. 3. If the colored titanium surface is brushed off or the original color is revealed, rest assured that since there is no coating, this is a safe, non-toxic, and heavy-metal-free piece of tableware that remains safe to scrub. 4. Do not soak in reducing acid-based cleaners (such as stain remover powders or hydrogen peroxide) or sodium percarbonate cleaners, as this will remove the titanium's color and luster, which cannot be restored. 【Feature Guide】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and internal stress. Tableware such as lunch boxes, food containers, or square pots may show food stains, large purple-blue patches after initial steaming/cooking, or brown patches after washing even without heating (not rust, as pure titanium does not rust). These are due to the metal's characteristics or our pre-firing process. This does not affect safety, and the marks will fade or disappear over time. 2. Square-shaped tableware is more prone to stress release, resulting in more intense color changes and a higher likelihood of brown patches. 3. Use in ovens above 250 degrees or direct gas flames may cause purple-blue color changes. These colors are permanent but do not affect safety. 4. Large flat surfaces are more susceptible to warping when used over direct gas flames. 5. Pure titanium easily retains water spots due to its metal properties. If this concerns you, wipe dry immediately after washing to prevent water spots. 【Appliance Compatibility】 Single-layer titanium tableware can be used for heating; double-layer items are not suitable for heating. Dish Dryer: Suitable. If residues such as olive oil are not washed off, blue-purple powder may appear after drying; this is dried oil and will not reappear once cleaned. Dishwasher: Suitable. Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may leave water spots after washing, but this does not affect safety.
