Vintage Dutch embroidery of The Syndics of the Drapers' Guild by Rembrandt

Vintage Dutch embroidery of The Syndics of the Drapers' Guild (1662) by Rembrandt (1606 to1669) in wooden frame. This famous painting shows a group of drapers who were elected to assess the quality of cloth that weavers offered for sale to members of their guild. It is on display at the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. This piece is in fair condition with surface marks due to usage, more so on the corners. There are some slight gaps between the four frame pieces. The whole frame is slightly bent and does not fit flush against the wall, although this is not easy to see when it is hung. The fabric is in good condition.
