To protect the designer's rights and production costs, all orders, once placed, can only have the pickup date delayed and cannot be cancelled. • Custom floral gifts are handmade, and the floral materials can be customized to your preferred color palette. Custom floral gifts require ordering 7 business days in advance (excluding weekends). • We take great care in packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Minor shedding of floral debris during transit is normal and not a cause for concern. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us. ✿ Care Instructions: • Dried and preserved floral arrangements do not require watering. Avoid humidity and direct sunlight. To maintain, use a hairdryer on a low, cool setting or gently brush the surface with a soft brush to remove dust. • Avoid heavy pressure and pulling. Some natural shedding of floral elements may occur over time, and colors may fade gradually, which is normal. • With proper care, dried and preserved floral arrangements can last for one to two years, or even longer. ✿ Shipping & Delivery Notes: • For convenience store pickup, due to box size restrictions (under 45cm), if you require two or more items, please place separate orders. • Due to the nature of conveyor belt sorting at convenience stores, some minor floral debris may fall. If product integrity is a priority, please select home delivery. • For customers in the greater Taipei area, self-pickup is available and can better ensure the product's complete condition.
