【Class Format Details】
・ This course focuses on "flat embroidery painting" using wool felt.
・ Not a 3D embossed style (will not be thickly raised).
・ Completed within a 15 × 15 cm embroidery hoop.
・ This is a one-day experience workshop.
・ The artwork style is impressionistic, and will not be an exact replica of the sample.
・ Details can be adjusted at home after the class.
★ For those wishing to learn more refined and realistic techniques, an advanced course "Freehand Embroidery Painting Creation Class" will be offered later.
【Photo Preparation Guidelines】
Please provide a clear close-up photo of your pet before the class.
Avoid:
・ Photos that are too dark or have a yellow tint.
・ Overexposed photos.
・ Blurry photos.
★ It is recommended to choose a slightly angled view to better capture the sense of dimension and personality.

$2640 for Curly-Coated Dog Showcase
* For long-haired breeds such as Poodles, Bichon Frises, Maltese, Pekingese, etc.,
due to differences in the creation process,
the artwork will exhibit a subtle embossed effect of approximately 0.5 cm.
Special fibers (silk, mohair) will be used,
and pre-curling treatment will be applied.

【 Location 】
A shared space near NTU Hospital to Minquan West Road MRT stations (within a 10-minute walk from the MRT station).
The detailed classroom location will be confirmed the evening before the class and notified to registered students via SMS and email. Please check your messages.
2. Tools
Wool felting needles and wool felting mats are required for the class.
Wet felting and sewing tools will be provided for loan during the class.
For hygiene reasons, wool felting needles and wool felting mats are not available for loan. Please bring your own or add the teacher's recommended brands in the remarks.

then place your order and fill out the form.
After making the online payment, please leave a message indicating the following information. We will finalize the fees for you and collect them during the class. If none are needed, please simply leave a message "None".

【Important Notes】
● Please bring your basic wool felting tools or purchase them through us. Other tools will be provided for loan on-site: small scissors, awls, pins, glue, wet felting, and sewing tools.
● Students can bring their own boxes to take their artwork home. It is normal for small fibers to appear due to friction; they can be trimmed with small scissors.
● Completion times vary for each individual. Please follow the teacher's steps. The methods will be taught thoroughly during the class, and fine-tuning can be done at home.
● Different courses may run concurrently in the same time slot. The class will proceed if a minimum of 4 participants is reached for the day.
● To maintain quality, observers, visitors, companions, and sharing of one piece between two people are not permitted.
● You agree that the event organizers may take photos on-site for promotional purposes, which may be shared on online platforms as part of event records.
【Class Cancellation and Absence Policy】
To ensure the quality of the class and the rights of other students, please confirm your ability to comply with the following class regulations before registering. Registration signifies your agreement and compliance. Thank you.
I. Student Initiated Cancellation/Absence
Course fees are generally non-refundable.
Each class allows for one cancellation; subsequent cancellations will result in the mailing of a material kit.
The official contact time with the "Mao Qi Lai Wan Official Platform" will be used as the reference. Private messages to the teacher will not be considered formal cancellation or absence notifications.
Cancellation Time and Handling:
15 days before the class date: Fees can be retained and transferred to another course (additional fees may apply).
Within 14 days before the class date: A deduction of $600 × total number of classes will be made from the retained amount.
Cancellation 3 days before the class date: Half of the course fee will be deducted (if half is less than $600, it will be calculated as $600), and a material kit will be mailed.
Cancellation on the day of the class: Fees will not be retained, and a material kit will be mailed.
II. Lateness and Absence
If lateness or early departure exceeds 1/3 of the total class duration on the day, it will be considered an absence, and entry will be denied.
III. Make-up Class Policy
For consecutive classes requiring a separate make-up session, the fee will be calculated at $200/hour.
Make-up classes must be scheduled privately by the student through the "Mao Qi Lai Wan Official Platform"; no automatic notifications will be provided.
IV. Other Notes
For consecutive classes, the cancellation date of the first class will be the reference point.
If the organizer cancels, you will be notified of rescheduling or a refund.
In case of natural disasters (such as typhoons) and official closures in your residential area or the class location, a full refund will be issued.
