This is an SDGs ring featuring Kintsugi, upcycled from Arita ware. We've repurposed broken or chipped ceramic pieces that would otherwise be discarded, meticulously applying Kintsugi to transform them into accessories. Our concept is to create modern jewelry that connects the past to the future, allowing you to feel close to nature and Japan's enduring traditions. We aim to breathe new life and possibilities into these materials. This exquisite ceramic fragment, subtly showcasing a green leaf pattern, is adorned with shell and green rutilated quartz. Kintsugi is applied to the sides of the ceramic piece, allowing the gleaming gold to catch the eye from every angle, adding a touch of refined elegance. The accompanying chain is crafted from surgical stainless steel with 18K coating, making it resistant to discoloration and gentle on the skin, ideal for those with sensitivities. The chain length is 40cm with an additional 5cm adjuster. This piece uses a modern, simplified Kintsugi method. Instead of traditional lacquer derived from the lacquer tree, we use a modern lacquer that is less likely to cause irritation, along with gold powder (brass powder).
