As the tanning agents are derived from natural plants, it is safe for direct skin contact, hence vegetable-tanned leather is also known as eco-friendly leather or bark-tanned leather. Its characteristic feature is its aging aesthetic; it develops a unique patina and traces of use over time, becoming more beautiful with age, a quality highly sought after by many. 【Hardware Accessories】: Brass Brass, known as "the metal that never rusts," develops a rich patina and a sense of aged charm over time, making it both captivating and alluring. 【Important Notes】 1. Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and computer screen differences. The actual color will be based on the physical product. 2. The surface of vegetable-tanned leather is left untreated, showcasing its natural appearance, including inherent grain patterns, hairline marks, and minor imperfections. Each product's grain will be unique and these are considered normal. 3. This item features brass hardware. As brass hardware is mass-produced and not individually hand-finished, there may be minor imperfections such as pinholes, scratches, or small dents on the surface. These do not affect usability. Avoid contact between light-colored leather items and dark clothing or denim to prevent color transfer. For dark leather items, avoid contact with light-colored clothing. 2. Moisture or water can cause leather products to develop mold or stains. If the item becomes damp or wet, gently pat it dry immediately with a soft, dry cloth and place it in a well-ventilated area. 3. Daily Cleaning and Maintenance: Do not wash with water or any cleaning solvents. Wipe away dust with a dry cloth, then apply a small amount of leather conditioner evenly to the leather surface. Brass: 1. Characteristics: Durable and resistant to rust and corrosion. However, it will oxidize upon contact with air, gradually developing black spots and a patina as oxidation progresses. 2. Removing Brass Tarnish with "Vinegar": When black spots on the brass surface become more pronounced or verdigris appears, simply soak the brass in vinegar.
