What constitutes a defect includes severe damage, broken zippers or buttons, large stains, significant unraveling, or major holes that substantially impact the product's use. 2. We kindly ask for your understanding that variations within 2cm of the stated size, screen color differences, and exposed threads are within acceptable international quality standards and are not considered defects. Therefore, issues such as "not as expected," color discrepancies, items coming apart after washing, fading, dye transfer, minor stains, slight snags, or choosing the wrong color, along with other personal reasons, cannot be classified as defects. 3. As the determination of a defect requires professional assessment, we will request that you provide photographic evidence of the issue for our review and confirmation. Your patience and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated, and any inconvenience caused is unintentional. 4. Cotton is a short-fiber material, and pilling or shedding of lint is a normal occurrence. This will gradually improve after a few washes. Please rest assured.
