. Materials provided in the handcrafting experience class are for individual use only and cannot be shared by two people.
. Cancellations made by the consumer for personal reasons will incur a 30% handling fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or refunds.
. Dates can be changed up to 3 days before the departure date. However, changes are limited to one instance. If there is a price difference after rescheduling, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
