In Taiwan, there are not many areas that are geographically dependent on the mountains and the sea, combined with agricultural, forestry, fishery and animal husbandry products, and the Xiangshan District of Hsinchu is one of them.

Not only Xiangshan Wetland,
Haishan Fishing Port specializes in operating fixed fishing nets and coastal oyster sheds. Among them, the largest Mingfa fixed fishing farm has on-site fishing auctions 3 to 5 times a week, and has seen individual tourists "actively grab fish". On the north side of the wetland are sea fishing grounds and breeding farms. Bamboo Fish Aquatic Products has made good use of Hsinchu Jiufeng for many years to produce mullet roe with both aroma and shadow.

Not only old rice noodles,
Turning into the low mountainous area of Xiangshan, there are more products hidden. Xiangshan, Jinshi, Yuanchun and other pastures supply Hsinchu people with daily fresh milk and goat milk. Winter is when the camellia blooms, spring and summer are the magnolia production season, and Xiangshan lychee Taiwan has the highest latitude and the latest delivery date.
Not only the glass factory,
XIAN BIER uses fragrant mountain water to produce fresh craft beer, which spends more time waiting for fermentation than other breweries. Teacher Wang Qilang, who created Xiangshan Amu, is a well-known bronze sculpture artist in Taiwan. He also assisted cartoonist Liu Xingqin in making dolls for the three brothers and aunts.

Not only Xiangshan Station,
Xiangshan Tianhou Temple is one of the earliest Mazu temples in northern Taiwan. It has been listed as a historical building. The ancient official road to the mountain along the side is the most important transportation route from the north to the south in the Qing Dynasty, witnessing the development history of the Xiangshan area for hundreds of years.

With Xiangshan, Hsinchu is complete,
At the end of this journey, we will put the products of Xiangshan on the dining table. On the high table with the beautiful sunset view of the wetland, we will taste the mullet roe and mullet roe of "Xianbier Beer", "International Rice Noodles", and "Bamboo Fish". White prawns, "Yuanchun" goat milk, "Linji Braised Food" smoked goose, "Xiangshan Amu Noodles", "Mingfa Fixed Fish Farm" fresh fish... and other local ingredients are prepared by the Hsinchu chef who specializes in creative cuisine. Swordsmanship and cooking, in the simplest and most intuitive way, let you "understand Xiangshan" once.
