* Clay and glazes are natural materials. Variations in glaze color and shape due to high temperatures, as well as minor imperfections such as air bubbles, glaze drips, raised dots, or small cracks, are normal phenomena. Your understanding is appreciated.
5. Artwork Collection Methods
1 Mail Collection:
* The shipping fee for a single piece is NT$180. For multiple pieces sent to the same address, an additional NT$80 will be charged per extra piece. Shipping fees are payable in cash on the day of the class. However, we are not responsible for any damage incurred during transit due to multiple transfers or bumpy journeys. We regret that we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss during shipping.
**※ Shipping fees to outlying islands and international destinations will be calculated separately and are payable upon delivery or in advance on the day of the class.**
