Printing process:
1. Contact us for a file upload link or email. The image file can directly provide links to websites such as STL or thingiverse.
2. After the upload of the image file is completed, inform the uploaded file name and select the color for evaluation. The color can be directly assigned the number (photo number + color swatch letters, 3B, 2F, etc.) or basic color, material (red, green, black, wood, carbon fiber, etc.), as a reference for suitable wire selection.
3. We will reply the quotation and estimated delivery time as soon as possible.
4. After confirmation, place an order in the store according to the quoted amount.
5. The production will start as soon as the order is placed.

Before you buy:
- Each item is made in-house, not a factory-made product.
- Product photos strive to be faithful to the real color, but please refer to the actual product.
- Occasionally there are slight differences in color and texture, and some areas have traces of production.
- The shipment is properly packaged with environmentally friendly recycled packaging materials and recycled cartons. If you have any gift packaging needs, please inform us when ordering.
- Some products are customized and do not provide return and exchange services.
