Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear posts and hooks are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal, which differs from the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in mass-produced items. Due to the absence of nickel in the material and plating, there are no allergy concerns. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still have an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing the earrings, it is most likely due to: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to sanitize before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual predisposition (acidic perspiration, skin, or blood cells that may easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). Ear sensitivity can stem from various causes, and the ear post material is not always the sole factor. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital for a comprehensive understanding of the cause, which also protects both parties' rights. Since we began crafting accessories in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions to date. Can they be converted later? What's the cost? A: Yes, they can be converted 😊 We offer basic after-sales service. "Ear post to ear clip (free)" "Ear clip to ear post (free)" Simply send the item you wish to convert back to us, and include $35 NTD for return postage or cash. ⚠️ We will not ship the converted item if return postage or cash is not included. Is it truly made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Acrylic technology is not yet advanced enough to create such intricate designs. Our products are entirely handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday conditions (such as high humidity, rain, and heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does it take for my order to ship after purchase? A: (Crafting & Shipping) Monday to Friday (Market stall presence, no shipping) Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays As we participate in market events, and the postal service does not deliver on weekends, we ship items between Monday and Friday.
