Hello, we are the Liang Xian Tang Social Welfare Foundation. This book is created in memory of the philanthropist Chen Chou (1931-2022). Ms. Chen Chou is a local philanthropist and educator in Puli, Nantou. She has dedicated her life to social welfare services, from early medical relief to post-921 disaster reconstruction, supporting the elderly, the weak, and providing financial assistance to students. She is especially well-known for her care and concern for disadvantaged children and young people.
