※ Yarn is for classroom use only.
※ Photography is permitted for personal records during the class, but video recording is strictly prohibited.
※ We will send a pre-class notification 1-2 days before the workshop. Please ensure your E-mail contact information is accurate to avoid missing it. If you do not receive the course notification, please inform us proactively; we will not provide additional phone notifications.
※ Seating is limited to ticket holders. Accompanying guests without tickets will be admitted based on available seating.
**Refund Policy**
※ In case of natural disasters or other force majeure events, Ku Gwa Zhi Zhi will proactively contact you to reschedule or issue a refund.
※ If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system, with a 30% service fee to cover all incurred expenses. As the designer needs to prepare materials 10 days in advance, refunds or exchanges are not possible within 10 days prior to the event.
※ If you need to reschedule, please contact Ku Gwa Zhi Zhi at least 3 days before the event to arrange a new date. Rescheduling is limited to one time.

※ If you feel unwell within three days before the event, or have a travel or contact history related to Wuhan pneumonia outbreak areas, please seek medical attention promptly.
※ In accordance with the workshop's health protocols, please cooperate with alcohol disinfection and temperature checks upon entry. Individuals with a temperature exceeding 37°C will not be permitted entry and are advised to rest at home. We will assist with rescheduling.
