As there are no electroplating or coatings, minor scratches, pinholes, or sand holes may be present on the surface. These are normal phenomena that cannot be entirely avoided with our safe manufacturing methods and are not considered defects. - The LOGO is created by laser high-temperature energy, causing a natural color change on the pure titanium surface. It is not a coating or printing, ensuring safety and lasting beauty. Additional Notes: - Marks from high-temperature firing often fade or disappear with regular use. - Sand holes and minor scratches are normal and unavoidable during the manufacturing process. - Water marks or stains remaining after washing are a characteristic of pure titanium metal and are normal. 【Cleaning and Characteristics】 1. For the first wash, use a general neutral detergent several times. You can also wipe the surface several times with a paper towel dipped in edible oil to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from the processing. Afterward, wash with a neutral detergent. As edible oil is used for pressing and no acid washing is performed, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This is part of our non-toxic, safe pure titanium manufacturing process, so feel free to scrub. 2. For burnt-on residue or stubborn stains, gently scrub with the firmer side of a sponge or a soft steel brush. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is scrubbed away, revealing the original color, rest assured that this is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, free from harmful heavy metals, so you can scrub your tableware with confidence. 4. Do not soak with stain removers, hydrogen peroxide, or sodium percarbonate cleaners, as these can alter and irreversibly damage the titanium's color and luster. 【Product Characteristics】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and resists stress release. In items like lunch boxes or pots, initial steaming or cooking, or food stains appearing after washing, or brown patches forming without heating (not rust, as pure titanium does not rust), are all characteristics of the metal or changes that may occur from our pre-firing process. These do not affect safe use and will fade or disappear over time with normal use. 2. Square-shaped items, due to more challenging stress release, may exhibit more pronounced color changes and are more prone to developing brown patches. 3. Exposure to ovens above 250°C or direct flame from a gas stove may result in purplish-blue color changes. These colors are permanent but do not affect safe use. 4. Large, flat surfaces are more susceptible to warping when exposed to direct gas flame. 5. Pure titanium easily retains water marks, a characteristic of the metal. If this is a concern, dry the item immediately after washing to prevent water marks from affecting its appearance. 【Appliance Compatibility】 **Single-walled titanium tableware can be used for heating; double-walled is not suitable for heating.** Dishwasher-safe: If residual olive oil or other grease is not washed off, blue-purple powder may appear after drying. This is dried oil and will disappear after cleaning. Dishwasher-safe: Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may leave water marks after washing, but this does not affect safety. Gas stove - Direct flame is possible: Avoid dry burning; use low to medium heat only.
