5. The seating arrangement adopts the same table with peers and friends to reduce the chance of unfamiliar gathering; arrange the seating interval as much as possible

1. Admission is open 15 minutes before the activity. In order to make the experience activities go smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to enter the venue, and you will not be able to refund.
2. Due to personal negligence in the process, the materials are made wrong or damaged, and the materials need to be repurchased before the production can continue.
3. For the experience class, professional photographers will be provided to take side-by-side photos of the event according to the needs, and upload them to the Facebook fan page and Instagram "AHM IARTS" brand page after the event. In the future, photos and images containing your portrait may be used for event records or publicity purposes, and you can download event photos by yourself.
4. If you do not want to be photographed, you can take the initiative to inform the staff at the event site, and we will pay attention and separate them.
5. Reservations within 7 days are acceptable.
6. Only ticket buyers are allowed to participate in the seat, and those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to participate in the experience together.
7. Materials are limited to one person and a group, and will not be shared.
8. In order to maintain the quality of the class, please turn off or mute your mobile phone during the class, so as not to affect the rights and interests of other students.
9. Please do not take away any belongings from the IARTS art space.
10. Work bibs are provided at the experience site. If you are worried about the paint sticking to your clothes, it is recommended to wear light and simple clothes. It is recommended not to wear expensive clothes for the experience.
11. In response to environmental protection, please bring your own environmental protection bag to participate in the course.
12. Those who did not ask for a leave of absence and did not attend the course will not be fully refunded.
13. Cancellation of the order will not be accepted within 3 days before the appointment date to the same day, and the payment will not be refunded.
14. The date can be changed 3 days before the appointment date (excluding the departure date). However, the change is limited to one time only, and is limited to the activities of the same organizer, and the activities after rescheduling will not be cancelled.
15. In the event of a refund or course cancellation, the invoice discount operation will be handled by IARTS on its behalf.
16. IARTS reserves the right to amend, suspend and terminate this activity.
17. If the event cannot take place due to irresistible factors such as natural disasters and typhoons, the organizer has the right to adjust the course postponement or cancellation, and we will take the initiative to contact the postponement or refund.
