After placing your order, please message our design studio. The artist will discuss the details of your artwork with you. Please provide clear, well-lit photos and discuss the desired size and background for your painting. We recommend a canvas size of 27x22 cm, though other sizes are available at adjusted prices. For a focus on the pet, a solid color background is preferred. You're also welcome to message us to discuss your needs before ordering. 2. Once confirmed, the creation process begins. The completion time varies depending on the artwork's complexity and size, so please allow for patience. 3. Upon completion, the artist will send you a photo for review and discuss any necessary revisions. Significant modifications may incur additional fees. 4. After revisions, the artist will sign the corner of the artwork before it is shipped. Please note the following when ordering: ***To accurately capture your pet's fur color, please ensure the photos provided are consistent with their actual fur color. You may also provide multiple photos for the artist's reference. ***Each person/pet has unique characteristics that require careful attention. An additional fee of NT$800 will apply for each extra pet or person in the painting. We appreciate your understanding.
