Do not order if you cannot accept these terms. ---------------------- **/ Vegetable-Tanned Leather /** This studio exclusively uses imported Italian/European vegetable-tanned leather. Unlike PU or patent leather, which appear flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique marks and natural characteristics acquired during the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, transportation, and production are also considered normal, provided the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for major blemishes. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. While handmade items may not have the perfect uniformity of machine-produced goods, they possess a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, over time and with use, the leather will develop its own unique patina, showing scratches and becoming richer in color, gradually revealing a look that is uniquely yours. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece a distinct and charming item. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between batches due to varying stock or storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between separate orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day free look period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order as a "customized product." Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when ordering. If no specific requests are made at checkout, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" area left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" are not eligible for a 7-day free look period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/craftsmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
