Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from the tanning, shipping, or crafting process are also considered normal, provided they do not compromise the leather's integrity. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for significant damage. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned.
