Rings are made of pure silver, with a band width of 4mm, heart motif width of 7.7mm, and thickness of 5mm.
Fee includes: Materials (925 Sterling Silver), Plating Fee, Workshop Fee, Use of Metalworking Tools, Studio Space.
Estimated Duration: Approximately 2 hours, varying based on the chosen design and on-site conditions.

. Workshops are by appointment only. Please indicate your preferred date and time in the order notes. Customer service will contact you to confirm your reservation.
. After payment, Pinkoi will provide a confirmation email. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please present your booking confirmation email or order details upon arrival.
. Materials provided for the hands-on experience are for individual use and cannot be shared between two participants.
. Cancellations made by the customer are subject to a 30% service fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
. Rescheduling is permitted up to 3 days before the event. Changes are limited to one instance. Any price difference resulting from rescheduling will be settled accordingly.

The hands-on experience involves basic crafting.
Optional post-production services will be carried out by a professional metalworker. Your piece will not be available for immediate pick-up on the same day.
Production time is approximately 20-30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We will notify you upon completion for pick-up or shipping arrangements.
