・If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule after payment, please contact us at least "3 days in advance" to arrange a new session time.
・Rescheduling is limited to sessions within "2 months." If you cannot find a suitable time, please opt for a refund.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and account holder name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・As instructors prepare materials and venue arrangements in advance, "on the day of the class," no refunds or postponements will be accepted. Failure to attend the session will be considered forfeiture.
・In case of force majeure (e.g., typhoons, heavy rain) or if the central command announces a suspension of work and classes for the day, we will proactively notify all participants and arrange for postponements, transfers, or full refunds.

・To respect the time of other participants, please arrive promptly for your session. Please avoid being late.

・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Companions without tickets are not allowed to attend or participate to ensure the rights of other participants.

・To ensure the smooth running of the class, please refrain from eating during the session.
・Participants must adhere to the workshop venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・During the workshop, the organizer may conduct photography and videography as needed, which will be uploaded to "Chuan Chuan Handmade Accessories" social media after the session. The organizer may use photos and videos containing your likeness for event documentation or promotional purposes for future recruitment.
・If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us during the session, and we will take special care to accommodate your request.
