1. If a participant is absent/cancels the event due to personal reasons, Toffee Studio will not accept refunds
2. If participants need to reschedule due to personal reasons, please inform them at least 3 days in advance. Toffee Studio will charge an additional service fee of HK$200 and make further arrangements.
3. If the Hong Kong Observatory hoists a red/black rainstorm warning signal or a typhoon signal No. 3 or above three hours before the event starts, the event will be rescheduled and no refunds will be accepted.
4. If there are insufficient registrations, Toffee Studio reserves the right to cancel the event, and all fees paid by participants will be refunded.
