Little tiger with only head

When Chirp was a child, he liked the cartoon tiger figure in the textbook, but it was not until he grew up that he learned that it had a serious name: Qiaohu. When I checked on the Internet, I even found a spin-off animation. Qiaohu actually has women's clothing in it. Call it a "little tiger"?
