If dirt gets trapped in crevices, you can soak the item in a diluted, mild, neutral detergent and clean it with a soft cloth or a soft brush. 6. If white K gold jewelry discolors over time, it can be re-plated to restore its original color. ⎜After-Sales Service⎟ 1. Within three months from the date of purchase, non-human-induced damage is eligible for free repair, including diamond replacement (up to 0.3ct) and one re-plating for existing plated items. Repairs after the warranty period will incur a labor fee, while basic cleaning and maintenance are free for life. 2. Customized and fully bespoke items are created according to individual needs. Once the design draft is confirmed and the order is placed, modifications or cancellations will not be accepted. 3. For in-stock items, returns or exchanges are accepted within seven days of purchase, provided the original packaging is intact. Due to personal hygiene and safety considerations, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange. 4. Customized rings can be resized free of charge once (within ±2 sizes). 5. Lost guarantee cards will not be reissued, and rights will be terminated. 6.
