▫️Flower gifts are handmade after receiving the order, a small amount is in stock, and the delivery time is 5-7 days after the order is placed (excluding holidays)
▫️If you have customized requirements, such as: delivery on a specified date, special flowers you want, etc., please contact us with a welcome message to see if we can accommodate you.
▫️The photos are taken from the actual products. Since they are hand-made and each flower has its own unique shape, there is no guarantee that the flower gift will be exactly the same as the picture. Please refer to the actual product.
▫️Flowers are seasonal. If there is a shortage of flowers or poor quality, we will replace them with appropriate flowers of the same color.
▫️Dried flowers and preserved flowers are very fragile. It is normal for some flower shavings to fall off during the transportation process. We will pack them well during the delivery process. Friends who receive flower gifts should also protect them properly.
▫️Handmade products sold cannot be returned or exchanged. If the product is defective or damaged, please call us within 7 days of the viewing period and we will handle it for you as soon as possible.
