If the leather becomes thoroughly soaked, dry it as soon as possible and reapply oil for protection. Allowing it to air dry naturally can cause the leather's structure to shrink, deform, and harden. 2. To prevent dark water stains when water droplets land on the leather: Use a pure water wet wipe, or a damp (but not dripping) tissue or paper towel to evenly wipe the entire leather surface, including the wet spot. Dry with a cool air setting, or if only hot air is available, maintain a distance of at least 30cm from the leather. After drying, evenly apply leather oil for maintenance. 3. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. 4. In addition to the natural warmth and oils from your hands, which gradually impart a soft luster and color to the leather, we recommend regularly wiping with a dry cloth and maintaining with leather oil. 5. Mold spots on leather are a result of dust meeting humidity in the air over time. If you plan to store leather goods for an extended period, first wipe off any dust with a dry cloth, then wrap them in a dust bag, kraft paper, or cotton cloth (cut from an old white T-shirt) and store in a ventilated area. Frequent handling of the leather items (to prevent dust and moisture buildup) can also reduce the chance of mold, much like the principle of a rolling stone gathering no moss. 6. Avoid using cleaning agents containing alcohol. **About Natural Leather:** We endeavor to avoid obvious scars left by insect bites during the cow's growth.
