3. Registration is only confirmed once a store representative at your selected location contacts you to verify the appointment date and availability.
4. Materials must be prepared after payment; please book your session at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio provides receipts for issued invoices. If you require a VAT number on your invoice, please provide your company title and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be provided if the activity is terminated due to factors for which ART64 is not responsible.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure (such as natural disasters), we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or a refund.
