Completing your order signifies your understanding and agreement with our Shopping Information and Return/Exchange Policy. 2. Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For urgent orders, please select express delivery. 3. Product delivery is limited to the main island of Taiwan. Delivery services are not available for outlying islands. 4. Due to size restrictions for convenience store pickups, please select home delivery if purchasing 3 pairs of shoes or more in a single order. 5. Most items are handmade and may exhibit minor imperfections such as residual glue, small stains, loose threads, slight gaps, or seam variations. Marks created during the crafting process (like air bubbles or particles) are not considered defects and generally do not affect normal use. 6. We advise against soaking shoes/bags entirely in water (this applies to all brands). Washing after wear may not restore them to their original condition and could leave cleaning marks. Clean gently with a diluted neutral detergent and a brush, wipe away foam with a damp cloth, and air dry. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes. Slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection during transit and may show signs of impact or creasing, which is unavoidable. Packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles may show natural variations in texture and color depending on the area of the skin or season (unlike artificial leather, which has a uniform appearance). Wrinkles or color differences are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings; actual product colors are definitive. Handmade dimensions may have standard international tolerances and unavoidable measurement differences of 1-3 cm. 10. Collaboration products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards featuring licensing marks or official logos) should not be imitated. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges require the product to be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (shoebox + outer box), including accessories and attached tags. 2. Orders with special offers (e.g., free shipping or discounts for purchasing multiple items) cannot be partially returned. For partial returns, please return the entire order and reorder. 3. For any concerns or missing items upon receipt, a complete unboxing video is required to protect mutual interests and facilitate returns, exchanges, or replacements. 4. Original packaging (shoebox + outer box) must be intact. Do not affix labels directly to the shoebox. Damage to the shoebox or licensing marks due to incomplete packaging will incur a ¥100 restoration fee. 5. Failure to complete convenience store pickup for orders will be reflected in your rating.
