Embroidered patches are commonly known as embroidered patches, fabric patches, iron-on patches, or embroidery appliques. However, most embroidered fabric patches require ironing to adhere properly, typically to fabric materials, or to cover holes in clothing. HiGood Patches’ embroidered patches have adhesive backing that sticks without ironing. They can be applied to smooth, non-fabric surfaces, making them ideal as stickers for water bottles, phone cases, laptops, notebooks, pencil cases, helmets, luggage, and more. Let's create something unique with these patches! 🏷 How do I use embroidered patches? HiGood Patches are very easy to use! ▪️ For smooth, non-fabric surfaces: Simply peel off the backing and stick. No ironing needed, and they stay put! ▪️ For fabric surfaces: Preheat your iron to 150°C (300°F). Place a pressing cloth over the patch to protect the embroidery threads from high heat. Iron for 20-25 seconds, allowing it to cool completely to secure. For extra durability, sew the patch on with needle and thread. If you don't have an iron, you can also sew it onto fabric using a sewing machine or by hand. 🏷 What if I can't iron the fabric, or I'm unsure if I can iron it? For materials that cannot be ironed (e.g., down jackets, nylon, leather, waterproof fabric) or if you are uncertain about ironing, we recommend sewing the patch on with a sewing machine or by hand to ensure it stays in place without damaging your fabric. 🏷 How strong is the adhesive on the embroidered patches? Will they fall off easily? HiGood Patches have sufficient adhesive strength for most smooth, non-fabric surfaces, making them resistant to peeling. If applying to fabric (clothing, pants, hats, etc.), ironing and sewing are recommended for enhanced durability. 🏷 Will the embroidered patches come off after washing? Once ironed and reinforced with stitching, embroidered patches can withstand machine washing without easily coming off. We suggest washing them inside out in a laundry bag. 🏷 Can embroidered patches be reapplied? The adhesive on HiGood Patches is designed for single use and cannot be reapplied. We recommend confirming the placement before sticking. If you peel it off after initial application, the fabric surface of the patch can still be sewn onto fabric for decoration. 🏷 Will there be residue after peeling off the embroidered patch? Due to the strong adhesive, some residue may remain after peeling. This can be removed with sticker removers or adhesive removers. Before applying any cleaner, please check if your item's surface material is compatible to avoid damage.
