4. The hunting rate of small and medium-sized cetaceans in Hualien waters of Taiwan is as high as more than 90%, among which dolphins are the most common. With luck, large whales sometimes come close to the coast to feed or play. Therefore, seeing large whales is an adventure that can be expected, but not expected, in a whale watching trip.
