**Crafting Process**
The creation of the obsidian pinecone scented candle involves selecting your preferred fragrance essential oil, blending it with soy wax, and pouring it into a container. As the wax begins to solidify, carefully arrange obsidian pieces of various sizes, pinecones, and small dried flowers, much like constructing a miniature garden or rockery, into the scented candle jar to build your one-of-a-kind energy garden.

・Transportation: Take MRT Red Line Exit 3 at "Aozihdi Station", walk straight along Boyai 2nd Road for approximately 6 minutes, turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "The One Single Person BBQ" across the street. The entrance to the handcraft classroom is next to "睦 MARS Maker Space". Walk straight to the end of the hallway and take the elevator to the fifth floor.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has successfully commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, the purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical ticket will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders not checked out are considered unsuccessful registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once full, and orders not checked out will not be counted towards the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
・According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act for Cram Schools and Extension Education" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for the Management of Short-Term Cram Schools" as announced by the Executive Yuan Consumer Protection Committee.
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the commencement date, a refund of 95% of the total actual payment will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between the fifty-ninth and eighth day before the commencement date, a refund of 90% of the total actual payment will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between the seventh and first day before the commencement date, a refund of 80% of the total actual payment will be issued.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please actively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot adhere to the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
・For the class on the day itself, as materials and venue arrangements are already completed, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
・To protect the rights of other participants, lateness exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Non-ticket holders may not accompany participants or join the activity, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is permitted. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event starts, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or a full refund.
・Photos and videos of the workshop may be taken by the organizer as needed and uploaded to xiabenhow's social media after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your likeness for event records or other promotional purposes.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
