● Select your design → Our artisans will guide you through the traditional craft, including engraving. English letters, numbers, and patterns can be engraved (certain styles are not eligible for engraving).
How to measure for a gift?
● Measurement Method: Use a piece of cotton thread (sewing thread) to comfortably circle the wrist for the intended wearer. Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Refer to the size chart for your selection.
● Inform our staff of the approximate height and weight, and we can adjust the size at the store after your piece is completed.

★ 999 Sterling Silver is hypoallergenic and can be worn while showering. The rate of oxidation may vary depending on individual body chemistry (acidity/alkalinity) with normal wear. **Classes start with just one participant; all workshops are by appointment only.**
● To protect your interests, any rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least three days prior to your confirmed workshop date. Cancellations made on the day of the workshop or no-shows will not be refunded but can be transferred to other products or workshops.
● Samples are available for try-on at the store. You may also exchange your design for another of the same price (subject to available materials in-store).
Exchanges for higher-priced items are possible with a supplementary payment, but exchanges for lower-priced items are not refundable.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire in advance about available space in the classroom if you wish to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for try-ons to avoid delays and ensure everyone's rights.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step.
If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to the participant not following instructions, a new set of materials will require a separate purchase.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the design. You can take your completed piece home the same day.
**★ Face masks are currently required due to COVID-19.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation.
Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety rules after being advised will result in the participant bearing full responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as typhoons on your scheduled workshop day, and based on public safety considerations, classes will be suspended according to government directives. A new date will be arranged.
