**【Change and Refund Rules】**
Course cancellation method:
* If notified 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), the full amount will be refunded.
* If canceled within 6 days to 4 days before departure date (excluding departure date), 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
* Cancellations will not be accepted from 3 days before the departure date to the same day, and no refund will be given.
* If participation in the event is terminated due to reasons that are not responsible for the organizer, no refund will be given.
* It is recommended that if you need to cancel within 6 days before the departure date, the place can be transferred. But please be sure to tell us the name and contact information of the agent participant.
* If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.
How to change the date:
* The date can be changed within 6 days to 4 days before departure date (excluding departure date). However, the change can only be made once and only for events under the same organizer.
* If there is a price difference after the change, the excess cost will be refunded or compensated.
*Cancellations will not be accepted for rescheduled events.
* Date changes are not accepted from 3 days before the departure date to the same day.
* It is recommended that you can transfer your place if you need to reschedule within 3 days before departure date. But please be sure to tell us the name and contact information of the agent participant.
**【Other notes】**
* Each person can only participate in the experience course once (if you have participated in the ABC experience course in the past, please do not sign up for this course). Participants must be over 10 years old and over 130cm tall. Those under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents.
* The experience course is an experience briefing session, which lasts about 2 hours. Part of the time is hand-made teaching (full practice); part of it is an introduction to the ABC membership system and course description.
* Please bring your own apron and hand towel to class. If you do not bring them, you can rent them from the classroom for 50 yuan a set.
* Arrive at the classroom 10 minutes before the class starts to prepare; if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be able to participate in this class and no refund will be given. It is recommended that you arrive at the classroom early to avoid affecting your class rights.
* The registration process for the trial class requires "identity verification". Please bring your identity documents for verification, such as ID card, health insurance card, passport, driver's license, etc. If you do not bring it or fail the verification process, you will not be allowed to participate in the trial course on the day.
