Head circumference: Fits 54-57 cm (standard head sizes). If your head circumference is: 53 cm: It will be slightly loose. Comfortable for all-day wear, but custom sizing is recommended for a snugger fit. 57 cm: It will feel snug. Custom sizing is recommended if you prefer a looser fit. Gently rub with laundry detergent. If makeup stains occur, first wipe with a makeup remover to lift some of the stain, then wash with detergent. (Do not use bleach.) If machine washing, please use a laundry bag. Pure cotton fabric "wrinkles easily." After de-watering or wringing, be sure to "shake out, lay flat to dry." (Avoid direct sunlight, as it can damage cotton fibers.) * If the fabric is very wrinkled, you can place a thin piece of cotton cloth over the headband and iron it smooth with a 100-degree iron.
