🔺TLCSTORE Luggage Warranty and Repair Information🔺
1. Warranty Period: The product comes with a two-year free warranty from the date of sale.
‧ The purchase date must be filled in on the warranty card (no alterations allowed) and stamped with the warranty seal. If the card is lost but proof of purchase date can be provided, it will be considered valid.
‧ For issues outside the warranty scope or beyond the warranty period, lifetime repair services are available. The buyer will be responsible for round-trip shipping and repair part costs.
2. Warranty Coverage: Handles, pull rods, and wheels are covered under warranty.
‧ Issues caused by material defects or manufacturing flaws are also within the warranty coverage.
‧ This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, external factors (especially damage during transportation, such as deformation, breakage, casing damage, scratches, abrasions, etc.), or damage from liquid exposure that affects usability.
3. Repair Process:
‧ Please take photos of the item before sending it for repair.
‧ Contact customer service before shipping the item back to our company (round-trip shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility).
‧ For repairs outside the warranty scope or beyond the warranty period, our repair team will assess the costs and contact you for a quote. Repairs will commence after mutual agreement.
‧ If you do not agree to the repair costs, the item will be returned to you via cash-on-delivery for shipping fees.
4. Repair Duration:
‧ Standard repairs: Approximately 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time).
‧ Expedited repairs: Approximately 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time), with an additional fee of $150 NTD for rush service.
‧ If parts need to be ordered from overseas, expedited service is not applicable, and the waiting period may be 2-3 months.
5. Exclusions: Damage caused by airport handling or other external forces is not covered by our warranty. Please file a claim directly with the airline.
6. Repair Item Storage: Items not collected within three months from the date of notification will be considered voluntarily abandoned, and the company will not be liable for storage.
【Important Notes】
1. Replacement parts used during repairs may not be original. If original parts are unavailable or discontinued, substitute parts will be used.
2. Please pack items for repair or warranty service in a box. Do not hand over items directly to the delivery driver without packaging, as they may refuse to accept them.
3. Within the warranty period, free repair services as described are available upon presentation of the warranty card. If damage is due to improper use or the warranty card cannot be presented, repair costs for parts will still apply during the warranty period.
4. For any damage incurred during airline transit, please ensure you file a claim with the airline before leaving the airport. If a claim is not filed promptly, the customer will be responsible for the repair costs of parts not covered by the warranty.
