Use for tasks like slicing vegetables or sashimi. ◆ Do not place in direct sunlight, near heat sources, or in environments with excessively high humidity or temperature. When using a cleaning cloth, ensure all excess water is wrung out. ◆ Avoid prolonged storage of strongly flavored foods.
