**Course Cancellation:**
● If you need to cancel 5 days before the course start date, a full refund will be issued.
● If you need to cancel or change the class time 3-5 days before the class start date, a 20% handling fee will be charged.
● If you need to cancel within 2 days before the class start date, no refund will be given, or a 30% handling fee will be charged if you change the class time. You can transfer the place to another person and inform in advance.
● Due to force majeure and less than 3 people, the class cannot start. We will notify you before departure for rescheduling or full refund. Taoju reserves the right to postpone or refund.
**Instructions before class:**
● Please trim your nails before class to avoid damaging the work during production!
● Aprons are provided in the classroom, but it is still recommended to wear clothes that are not afraid of getting dirty just in case!
● In order to ensure the smoothness and quality of teaching, please arrive at the class site in advance. If you are late for 20 minutes, you will not be able to enter and will not be refunded.
● The course does not accept unregistered persons to accompany or co-create.
● Due to the fear of being contaminated by oil and soil during production and affecting the presentation of the work, eating and drinking except boiled water is prohibited in the classroom.
● If the course is postponed due to personal factors, a fee of RMB 100 per hour will be charged
**After class instructions:**
● After the work is completed that day, the teacher will glaze and kiln it for you. The production time is about 3-4 weeks.
● The work may have glaze color changes and small cracks due to the production process, firing position, etc. This is normal.
● After the firing is completed, you will be notified of pick-up or delivery. There is no additional charge for delivery.
